| Manufactures Guarantee / Warranty: All of products come with a 12 months manufacturers warranty from the date of sale, Except service items & Spark Plugs Manufactures Warranty Terms & Conditions To claiming under the manufactures 12 months warranty terms & conditions you will need to return the item to (WTV-UK) for inspection to determine if the fault is covered under the manufactures terms & conditions, No replacement item/s will be sent out prior to inspection, the item/s will only be repaired or replaced at WTV-UK discretion if covered by the manufactures warranty / terms & conditions & you will be notified by email, all carriage charges are payable by the customer to return Item/s to WTV-UK, if the item is faulty & covered under the manufactures terms & conditions it will be repaired or replaced & returned free of charge to you, you will also need to send a copy of your (proof of purchase) plus a copy of your vehicles (LPG certificate) which should be valid after purchasing the part or item, this is required to prove you have purchased the item from WTV-UK & the item has been fitted & used correctly as to the manufactures terms & conditions - if the item/s are found damaged to Misuse or DIY fitting & not covered under the manufactures terms & conditions the part or item/s will not be replace or repaired & a return charge will be required. Please Note: if you purchase a new replacement part prior to returning the part for testing under the manufactures terms & conditions - the new part purchased will be classed as a (New Separate Sale) unless the part returned is found to be Non repairable & covered by the manufactures terms & conditions in this case you will be granted a refunded on the item in question providing it is purchased from WTV-UK, this is also subject to returning the failed part or item/s within 7 working days, if the item or part you have returned is found to be easily repairable it will be repaired & returned to you & a refund will not be issued, if the item or part you have returned is found not to have any fault or requires a service part it will be returned to you & a refund will not be issued. Manufactures Warranty Does Not Cover any of the Following Any Damage caused by modification of any kind to any item or part, opened - dismantling - DIY fitting – DIY or Trade repair attempts of any kind, incorrect fitting or incorrect use of an item or part, items used with other items such as systems or parts than what the item was not made for, accidental damage, scratch damage, damage caused by short circuit - overload - incorrect wiring or wire protection, used without appropriate fuse protection, print circuit damage through misuse, impact damage or sort circuit damage, heat damage, water damage or other contaminant damage, damage caused by vehicles high voltage ignition system, back fire damage to release valves or vaporizer diaphragms, etc. Any Service item/s or parts such as > spark plugs, vaporizer or reducer diaphragms or seals, vapour filters, liquid filters, air filters, including vaporizers and solenoid valves filters or diaphragms which are (classed as service items) are not covered by the manufactures warranty. |
| Non Returnable Items, Non DSR items! Tanks are classed as (Non Returnable Item) as they have a legal (Expiry Date) plus they will get marked by fitters, etc. if you do not measure correctly before buying the tank & find it is to large or small you cannot return it for exchange or refund, Before buying a tank, check and measure the space where you are going to fit the tank/s, measurements are clearly given on the website tanks page! you must also take into account any room to fit & for the multi valve box & Lpg pipes, plus the extra weight you will be adding to the vehicle it is a good idea to check your vehicles manual for the maximum boot carrying weight, etc. under vehicle tanks must you must allow 250 mm road clearance with a minimum of 200 mm road clearance with the vehicle fully laden. Other items not covered by DSR & are non returnable items: Such as spark plugs, vaporizer or reducer diaphragms, seals, service kits, vapour filters, liquid filters, air filters or any item listed as a service part/s or item/s as there is no manufactures warranty as regards to use or life time, once fitted cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, etc. Spark plugs only have an estimated life this is not guaranteed & may be much lower depending on the vehicle or use it is the purchasers responsibility to check beforehand they are correct for the vehicle & use, it is also the purchasers responsibility to check the fuel mixture is correct when fitting the spark plugs especially on LPG/CNG systems, spark plugs are a Service item once fitted cannot be return or resold |
| Returns Policy: 1: No Item/s can be returned without a valid (RN) returns authorisation number from WTV-UK i.e. also poof of purchase, to obtain a valid returns number you need to Email (WTV-UK) & request & a valid reason for the request? WTV-UK reserves the right to refund or exchange any goods at its discretion & subject to any manufactures warranty terms & conditions, any item/s return for a refund will only be excepted under the following conditions, item/s must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the purchase as covered under the (DSR) regulations, purchase must also be unused & in original undamaged packaging, any item/s used, damaged including broken seals including Software & CD Seals, etc. will not be excepted for a refund 2: It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods to WTV-UK at the customers / purchasers cost in returning the goods also the safety of any items in transit will also be the sole responsibility of the customer / purchaser adequate insurance should be taken out by the customer to cover any loss or damage, etc… 3 Any item/s returned as faulty will be tested by WTV-UK before a refund or replacement is issued. If the item/s are found to be in good working order, WTV-UK reserves the right to charge for the time testing any item/s, If a manufacturing defect is identified no charge will be made, if the fault is found to be caused by contamination, blockage, physical damage, misuse, DIY fitting or service item/s need replacing, etc. then a labour charge will be payable for cleaning and refurbishing the item/s & return a return carriage charge will be payable by the customer. Labour rates are £35.00 per hour including VAT plus any service parts required. 4: WTV-UK reserves the right to alter or amend the returns policy at any time without notice, Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive (DSR) which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of any delivery charges. By contacting us by Email and quoting the order invoice date & number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for any cost and any risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault for example, if goods are faulty or miss described. Any goods returned should be in unused & in new saleable condition. These terms apply to your order. Theses terms and conditions may change at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the near future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and are not diminished in any way. | Terms & Conditions of Sale: Any Kit/s, part/s or Item/s sold on this website or by WTV-UK are on the strictest understanding that once fitted & before any use they will be inspected, tested & certified safe to use i.e. certification where a certificated of conformity will be issued by a Qualified LPG fitter, before any use or attempt to use or fill with any LPG fuel into any part of the system before it has been tested by a qualified LPG fitter/tester, there will be a charge for testing, tuning, certification & any work required in correction, etc. this cost / expense will be payable by the purchaser / customer & will depend on the fitter / tester they choose to use to carry out this work, etc. It is also the customers responsibility to notify there insurance company and DVLC of the modification to the vehicle conversion and any other modifications done to the vehicle, Customers should also check before buying and fitting any equipment to a vehicle with the vehicles manufactures as regards to any vehicle warranty terms or agreements terms as regards to invalidating any warranty on the vehicle, etc. WTV-UK Cannot & will not be responsible whatsoever for any damage or injury caused with or by fitting any kit/s, part/s or item/s supplied or incorrect fitting, use or misuse, installing or removing of any kit/s, part/s or item/s supplied Any information or free technical advice given whether written or verbal is supplied as information use only, any information or guides supplied with kit/s part/s or item/s is supplied for informational use only - it is not an instruction or installation guide or manual and should not be treated as one. Kit/s, part/s & item/s should only be fitted by qualified fitters/installers, any free advice or free technical support given at any time is at WTV-UK discretion to give or not to give at any time, any emails, letters, etc... are at WTV-UK discretion to reply to or not to reply to - No purchase gives any purchaser any right to any free technical support of any kind. WTV-UK do not recommend any DIY fitting of Kit/s, part/s or item/s – if the purchaser / customer chooses to DIY fit it is at the purchasers / customers Choice & WTV-UK cannot be responsible for any Damage, injury or cost involved it is at the purchasers responsibility & any cost involved & to make sure it is fitted correctly & to have the vehicle Tested, Tuned & Certified by a Qualified fitter / tester at the purchasers expense before any use of any kind - all customers / purchasers must agree to these terms and conditions before purchasing Testing, Tuning & Certification - can be obtained from most LPG fitters / testers at the purchasers cost this is not included or covered by any purchase from WTV-UK |
