| Disclaimer and Agreement Any Kit/s, part/s sold are on the understanding that once fitted they will be inspected and certified safe to use i.e. certificated, before using or attempting to use or fill with any LPG fuel into any part of the system before it has been tested by a qualified LPG fitter or tester The customers insurance company and DVLC must also be notified of the conversion and any other modifications done to the vehicle, Customers should also check before buying and fitting any equipment to a vehicle the vehicles warranty agreements terms, etc. WTV-UK, Cannot, will not take any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury caused through, fitting or incorrect fitting, use or misuse, installing or removing of any part/s supply Any information given whether written or verbal is supplied as information use only, any information or guides supplied with kit/s or part/s is supplied for informational use only it is not an instruction or installation manual and should not be treated as one. All customers whether D.i.y. or Professional must agree to these terms and conditions before buying or fitting any part/s or kit/s supplied and to have the vehicle tested for safety before any use by a qualified LPG tester. Certified - certification - testing of your conversion or part/s fitted can be obtained from most LPG fitters - testers or by us is for an extra charge. we charge a fixed fee of £95.00 pass or fail for a Full check over, tuning / setup & non Lpga certification of the conversion Returns and Manufactures Warranty Conditions Any item/s marked on invoices with (None) have no Guarantee and are non returnable, Other items are covered by manufactures guarantee 12 months from date of sale & subject to the following conditions Warranty does not cover does not cover, Any Damage caused by, incorrect fitting - incorrect use - use with other items other systems / parts than what the item was make for - accidental damage - any modifications in any way - set below or above manufactures recommended operating temperature or positioned where excessive heat or water / damp contamination can affect the unit - Vaporizers and solenoid valves filters or diaphragms are (classed as service items) they are not covered by the manufactures warranty. Any faulty item/s must be returned to (WTV-UK) for inspection to determine if fault is covered under the manufactures guarantee terms, No replacement item/s will be sent out prior to inspection, item/s will be repaired or replaced only if covered by the manufactures guarantee terms, all carriage charges are payable by the customer No goods can be returned without a returns authorisation from WTV-UK, any refunds will only be excepted under the following conditions, item/s must be returned within 7 working days of purchase unused in original packaging, any used or damaged item/s will not be excepted for a refund, any returned item/s excepted a 30% restocking charge will be deducted from any refund, postage charges on all orders is non refundable. No item/s can be returned, exchanged or replaced even under the manufactures guarantee with out proof of purchase Tanks Note: Tanks are classed as a non returnable item if you do not measure correctly before buying a tank & find it is to large or small you cannot return it for a part exchange or refund, Before buying a tank, check and measure the space where you are going to fit the tank/s, you must also take into account room to fit & for the multi valve box & Lpg pipes, plus the extra weight you will be adding to the vehicle it is a good idea is to check your vehicles manual for the maximum boot carrying weight, etc... under vehicle tanks must you must allow 200 mm minimum road clearance with the vehicle fully laden. I the Customer - the Buyer I Hereby agree to all the conditions of this disclaimer & state that any part/s or kit/s I have bought will be checked and certified safe to use i.e. certificated by a qualified LPG tester, before any use, before attempting to put any LPG fuel into any part of the system before it has been tested safe to use by a qualified LPG tester, I understand that the kit/s or part/s I have bought were only sold to me on this strictest understanding. |
